Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and leading digital wallets. 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@chicot.com or at WhatsApp - 99881-78781 with your order number as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No, not yet.

Q: What are your delivery timelines?
A: Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can also track your order via the Track My Order page on our website.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept Exchanges within 2 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Q: Are return shipping costs covered?
A: For domestic returns due to quality issues or incorrect items, return shipping is free.

Q: Are the colors of products exactly as shown?
A: While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting during photography.
